What Beyonce REALLY sounds like Not phone-friendly link, but want to share what this "great singer" sounds like when she's not being doctored up by the studio bigwigs. i mean doing the whole "she can't hear anything" shit like the lady here tries.. that doesn't work because Bey isn't even in tune with herself.. you can hear the recorded track behind her...she's not matching her own voice which WE can hear so why can't she hear it?
Google search has some sites claiming it's a hoax.. and other sites with the same date saying it's real. I've heard people sound like this, and what's funny is what is being claimed is the hoax? The audio alone or the video the audio is paired with? Because when singing outside, or even on a stage, it is possible to mute her mic at select moments and play a pre-recorded track instead. The audio part might not be fake.. the gossip hens just got threatened with lawsuits.
Easy way to check.. sing live, a capella. Enrique sang live on Howard Stern's show to prove he'd just had a bad tape.. Bey never has? Hmm..
Oh and by the way... Adele sings live!!!!! Talent sings live!!! Adele has always sung live!!

i also like how she does link to other peeps who post vids they want her to see. She found a copy of her old Pull My Hair Out video that a fan uploaded.. it's pretty blurry.. i think that's the first one I saw too. Wish I could rediscover the clearer one. The clearer one was where i finally noticed that a bearded hairstyle was in with the hair floats. For some reason I'd forgotten that.

workout links!... mostly youtube, and I THINK they are phone-friendly. They work for me thus far:
10 min Victoria's Secret workout from FitSugar. on youtube. No props (props being exercise equipment like kettleballs etc)
10 minute bikini abs another popsugar/fitsugar video on youtube. Need a weight to hold in hands while doing crunch movement and something to squeeze between the knees. Some floorwork.
10 min arm video - another popsugar... need something to use as 2 dumbbells. Some moves done lying down.
question.. why do these videos when on computer keep turning into the "secured" version? meaning the address starts with https instead of http? I have no idea. I'm getting those annoying shouty ads in either case.
Seriously... note to self.. when i eventually get my youtube up & running... NO SHOUTY ADS! Meaning no ads with sound. Those outright commercials before the selection plays. I'm happy with those small translucent banners within the frame though. So long as they are quiet. i see them, i glance at them before x-ing out, and if it's something that interests me, I'm more likely to google the name first.
I accept that read-for-free sites also need money and they use ads to get that money. I won't block ads unless the ads yell at me. Be polite.
10 min total body - yet another fitsugar.. i love these guys! This is no equipment at all, but need about a double bed's worth of floorspace. Lateral plankwalks and burpees take space. This also has some moves that could be hard on my shoulders, and my elbows may need some padding. Bony elbows! This one is lots of combo moves and is HARD for me right now!
CrossFit workout from fitsugar. Seems CrossFit has a workout-of-the-day program that switches the moves up. They all look hard tho. This vid has 3 levels being shown so that's nice. Need no equip, just double-bed-sized floorspace. There is jumping. Hope i don't break my floor. Secure fragile stuff and chase cats away first!
